Sure. I just hate to think of all you people out there in your hazmat suits working with yeast and methylene blue.

Basically, yes. When there aren't enough active enzymes to produce the reducing environment that reduces the dye to its colorless form, then the blue color should not disappear.

a 10% supension of the yeast would be the dried yeast + water right?

TIs my understanding. But if you're doing what im doing and it sounds like you are, it says you are given the suspension so you dont have to worry about it too much
