:) please any Professor here tell me the name of the case in which most of the precapillary sphincter is opened and leads at last to death
What is the reason and what is the treat?

this can be caused by an (allergic) anaphylactic shock. As you probably know: opening of the cappillary sphinjcters tremendously lower the blood pressure so that is the cause of death eventually.
