Kymograph

Do you guys know any good sources of information that describes how a kymograph is used to visualize microtubules? I googled kymograph and I either got a bunch of esoteric science papers or some simplistic explanation on wikipedia which didnt help much

I was having the same problem. I just found this article, and it explains very clearly how a kymograph is used to measure protein localization / movement (microtubules included) within a living cell.
