Enzyme actionsThis is really embarassing

That link doesn't seem to work. Look up enzymes on Wikipedia and it's explained in there.
Lock and key model is just that... the substrate fits the active site of the enzyme perfectly, like a lock and key. For comparison, there is also the induced fit model, in which the active site has to change its conformation a little to bind the substrate more forcefully.
Simply lock is the enzyme and key is the substrate. there is specific site in enzyme that binds with substrate after binding intramolecular bonds in enzyme weakened and brak. Then enzyme release and starts the process again if substrate is present
