I was thinking about testosterone, it is just a hormone like all others and I think can be also reduced if it's pumped in blood in big amounts.
I don't know anything about testosterone production speed, but I guess that our body might be low on testosterone if we listen to aggressive music, or play in action games (which make our body use lot of testosterone) for few hours, is it better to spare testosterone till moment when we might need it, like for example when we go to club to meet some girls ? Or it can be produced without limit?
I also noticed that when I listen to aggressive music, or play action video games too often - my body becomes less sensitive to those testosterone boosters (just like you stop feeling pain after your body get's used to it). So I guess I should use boosters only once in a while and only when I need it?
When I went to the clubs while having lot of testosterone in blood I noticed that more girls reacted positively when I talked to them. So that's the point of my question
And one more thing, does testosterone in blood significantly alter ability to concentrate and to learn when it's pumped into blood?
One can also become a testosterone freak (I felt a bit like this 2 years ago, but them meditation helped to control it. now I feel like I have less testosterone than 2 years, and I don't really like it.) so that your body produces big amounts of testosterone everyday, but then it's hard to control your anger and hard to calm down and think objectively sometimes, unless you learn how to do it.
That's what I guess, and if someone knows for sure how long testosterone can be produced (without pauses) and for how long it lasts in blood, and what can prolong or shorten the time during which it lasts in blood, if you know answer to those questions, please post a reply.
Please write anything that has to do with testosterone, which could help me to control my testosterone level in blood.
If you're younger than 25, your body is already producing the Big T at peak levels. Changes to this can be harmful.

Actually not all things you mentioned above is the effect of testosterone. The happy feeling, the spiritful, the desire/agressiveness when you are listening music and playing games are the effect of excitator neurotrasmitter and endorphine within your body, e.g. epinephrine, serotonin, etc. The effect of testosterone and other hormones are not that fast.
Testosterone is not just pumped into blood like what you think. There is a strict mechanism, which involving nervous sytem, and endocrine control. It is not like adrenaline which can rise up soon after you gt emotion or stressful. And the secretion is pulsatile or periodic. Normally, there is no excessive or less testosterone in the body because the level is maintained.
I wonder how could you know that you are in high-level testosterone, and in another situation you are in lower level of it? May I ask your age, please?
Ok, I get it now. When my state changes quickly to aggressive it is adrenaline. And if slowly then testosterone. Then this would mean I had lot of adrenaline, well it's not strange, cause I loved sharp feelings, martial arts, doing saltos (once I have almost broken my foot), I like doing something I am afraid of, pushing the limits. I still love sharp feeling but not as much as earlier.
Maybe it's because I stopped weightlifting and fitness ? I guess it is the main reason.
I am 24 y.o. currently.
So what can I do to increase my testosterone level (including weight lifting) ? Do sugars reduce testosterone in blood? Cause I have read somewhere that they do. Can you tell what helps to increase my testosterone level?
Today morning I felt lot of confidence (it was about 7-7:30) the way I didn't for few weeks. And interesting is that I have slept only 2 hours today. Maybe it has to do with 8:00 rule? I have read that at 08:00 am testosterone level is at it's peak in human body.
As for how I determing the level of testosterone, well I don't know what is exactly is but when I felt confident like hell, I thought it is testosterone.
I feel the difference very quickly if I am unconfident or confident, it's more conscious, cause I aim to control it consciously.

Well, as you do not know the exact testosterone level of your body, and you also do not how to measure it, I suggest you not to deal with this hormone. Also, you do not know how this hormone works and with wwhich mechanism. You do not know at all about testosterone and you want to increase it. That's super dangerous!
Your body seems normal but you think that there is a testosterone problem in it. This thought of yours is quite harmful to the state of your testosterone level. If you try to get something to increase it, you will face a serious problem in the future because of negative feedback mechanism that controls this hormone to be in normal level everyday. There are data of misuse or abuse of testosterone like what you think, those people do not get their testosterone increased but they experience infertility and impotence! Why? Because they do not know anything and they try to use drugs they think can increase their testosterone level without discussing with a doctor.
Well, you are young and energetic. Stay like that. But change your thought about testosterone increasement. It will affect your psychological side which could make adverse effect. For instance, we have data about people who think they are impotent. After observation and hormone measurement, actually they are 100% in normal range, it is their thought that made them impotent.
Please think about it. DOn't play with homone, especially testosterone. It is harmful. Thank you.

At least you posted on this site and not on a bodybuilder's website so you get some accurate info... Dr Stein has given you some good infomation here so that should give you some idea but it is not the complete picture... Beware about you read and hear on the internet or what is said to you... You need to know a lot about the subject to understand when you are reading/hearing rubbish and when you are reading good accurate info...
You just seem to me to be very naive about the effect of anabolic steroids probably because you have relied on what other people are telling you... but you must have some concern with taking the drugs because you stopped taken them and have posted this message...
By the way... What 'medication' were you given to help control your levels of testosterone... It all sounds very dodgy to me...
Hahaha, what the hell, guys? you got me wrong, I never even thought of ARTIFICIAL testosterone level increasing via injections. I AM AGAINST ANY ARTIFICIAL HORMONES INCREASING, LIKE - INJECTIONS.
I am a 100% fanatic of natural weightlifting = no steroids, no hormones, all I ever used was creatine, and whey protein (both from Universal Nutrition).
What i meant by asking this question was, how can one NATURALLY increase testosterone leve, without any chemical stuff, what hsould I eat, or what should i avoid?
You didn't take time to read my whole posts I guess, or you were too fast with conclusions on how I want to increase testosterone level.

Ok, here is the answer:
NOTHING can NATURALLY increase testosterone level since there is a strict mechanism in our body machinery to keep it in normal level.
Pituitary tumor and Leydig cell tumor CAN boost your testosterone level but I AM sure you do NOT want to have those TUMORS, or you do?

I still do not get you point, why you want to increase testosterone level though you do not know your testosterone level exactly. I bet you even do not know the fact that while you are stress your body secretes some testosterone, right? Please change your mind and say to yourself that your body is OKAY.
