Ok, I was thinking insects in a more general term like the Arthropoda Phlya.

ugh, 'pest' is thrown around too much  *buglove*
j/k I just say that because SOME people think (incorrectly) that all insects are pests. Anyway, Beetle! Come answer these questions I am so excited!

I Don't think that all insects are pest!  That's why I asked that question,to reduce the number of possible insects. But you are right, I don't like insects!

Heh, sorry I was away.  Anyway lets begun.
Does it eat leaves?
Hm, I dont think so. It is herbivorous but I dont think that adults eat leaves and larvae most certanly dont.

Yes, it is Coleoptera.

No. Solitary.
Is it a pest?
Pest?! PEST?!!!! You dare call an insect a pest in my face?!!!!! ARGHHHH!!!!
Lol! Just kidding. Unfortunately it is consider pest in forestry cause it can damage old and comercialy profitable trees. (damn I just gave you a habitat hint  )
