Yes, it does do stuff on ground, but spends much of it's time in trees.

Ok, well essentially alwaysasking got it, but you could look into it a bit further. The insects this animals tends to eat enables it to contain minimal (if any) natural stomach acids. The insects themselves contain the acids that the animal uses to digest it's food. Now that's a huge hint :D
