Olivia A. T. Frimpong KWAPONG is a Lecturer at Institute of Adult Education, University of Ghana.  Her areas of expertise are participatory adult learning, gender analysis, technology-mediated learning, distance learning, and community mobilization.

She has studied as a Special (PhD) student at Harvard University, and is currently a doctoral student at the University of Ghana. Her dissertation topic is The Use of ICTs for the Empowerment of Rural Women. She consults for both governmental and non-governmental organizations.
