Thus the binding sites are found for IL-1 type1 receptor. Using these binding sites, active site responsible for binding of   IL-1 alpha to IL-1 type1 will be  found  and if it is blocked by putting a suitable ligand over it so that the degeneration of cartilage  can be stopped there by putting an end  to the painful disease of Osteoarthritis.
